Las Vegas event January 16-17th, 2009!!!

The Vegas event last year was hosted by IClickU.com and proved to be a success.  Since then, they have merged with HWerks.com so it will be even bigger.  You do not have to be a member of HWerks.com to attend.  This is open to all with Herpes and HPV.  We are expecting a group of between 50-80 people but will know more accurate numbers when the event is closer.  Please create a login as that is the only way we can email you with an updated schedule and events in Vegas.  You will only be emailed for subjects pertaining to this event, maybe 10 emails at most.

There is not a room block for this event weekend for a number of reasons. Getting a room block in Vegas seemed impossible without a large deposit.  Most of us have planned to stay at the MGM Grand and our schedules will focus in that area.  Please go to the Hotels page for more info.  Also, check Travelocity.com, Expedia.com and Orbitz.com for the cheapest rates.  The MGM is $40/night more if you call them directly.  You can find rooms at the MGM for $140/night (They went up in a week!) or hotels nearby for $60/night.  Since we will have meet up times, cabs are always available, and Vegas is open 27/7 you can stay where you like.
