The great thing about Sunday gatherings at Woody's Diner is that we usually have the whole second floor to ourselves. Woody's Diner does not know what kind of group we are, only that we are friends who get together to celebrate birthdays.

The food is great. The atmosphere is casual, friendly and lively. Plan on hanging around afterwards for a game of pool or darts. Average attendance is 60 - 90 people.

The MCF Woody's gatherings are held the 3rd Sunday of each month. Starting time is 6:00 pm and newbies are encouraged to arrive at 5:30 pm.

Early Bird Mixer @ SPORT Restaurant   Beat the crowds and come meet a few new faces in a smaller more intimate setting.  Enjoy the Lounge with over 40 HDTV / Plasma screens, or the outdoor deck right under the Space Needle!  Awesome views, great food, full bar - it's the place to be!

Hike to Twin Falls - Explore the beautiful NW on this local hike!  Only a 35 minute drive from downtown, get some fresh air and excellent scenery on this gently hike.  Great for novice or experienced hikers alike! (Less than 500 ft elevation gain)

Pizza Party at Hotel Ballroom Tropical beach party theme - flowered shirts, sandals, hula skirts encouraged!    Late night pool party to follow!

Let's Go Sailing!
($15 Tour Fee)  Sail the beautiful Puget Sound upon the Obsession, a 70' performance yacht.  One and a half hour tour;  Bring your camera!

Lunch & Siteseeing afterwards.  Explore Seattle's waterfront, Pike Place Market (cheap eats and lots of history!), Olympic Sculpture park 

Main Event!!

6:30 - 9:30pm
Social mixer at trendy Belltown hot spot '.twist.'  Incredible views of the water and Olympic Mountains, a Disco pig, cozy couches and cubbies, and devine food to salivate over!  .twist.got rave reviews at last years event, so we've made it our MAIN event this year!  A great place to socialize

Belltown crawl... What's your poison?  Dancing?  Martini's?  Jazz?  Billiards?  We've got it all!

Sunday - August 10th

ALKI Beach excursion - take the water taxi over to Seattle's best beach!  There is a ~2 mile promenade to the center of the beach area.  Rent wheels of your choice (roller blades, all terrain skates, bikes) or take the free shuttle right to the sand!  We'll grab lunch at one of the local quick spots (fish-n-chips, deli, pizza, pub) then head on back to the water taxi.
